Will Goring replied over 2 years agoThe Oakford Social Club over the road from the Train Station is a pub, but serves excellent food. It can be a bit 'pubby' for eating in the evenings, especially at weekends, but at lunchtimes it's great for a sit-down nosh. As far as I can tell, all food is prepared fresh on the premises, and is uniformly fantastic. Great atmosphere too.
Try the burgers. Seriously.
