Best breakfast in the North East!

Absolutely fantastic food, massive portion sizes (come hungry!). Service isn't always the fastest and at weekends it is very busy (often a queue out the door), but definitely worth the wait. Breakfast menu is amazing, runs from opening until 3pm. After midday, there's also a great lunch menu, dozens of sandwich options but the burgers and salads really stand out as the star options.

Palace Garden has the most fabulous dim sum -- especially Sunday lunchtime where there are trolleys with all different varieties wheeled around and you just ask for whatever you fancy. The set menus are great in the evenings as well and it's open from lunchtime until late (11.15pm).
