Where's good to stay in Manchester?

  It's highly possible that you've stayed in a hotel with better service, (the young staff was scaringly novice when I visited). It's highly possible that you stayed in a rooms that was better designed. But I doubt that there are any better bargains if you'd like to stay in Manchester.
