Andrea Nastase replied over 3 years agoI'd highly recommend going to the Manchester Art Gallery (it's free), visiting the MOSI (Museum of Science and Industry), seeing if there's anything at the Urbis, watching a film in IMAX at the Odeon in the Printworks, taking a ride on the Manchester Evening News wheel (or the Manchester Eye), having a glass of champagne at the champagne bar in Selfridges, going to the (rumoured but not confirmed) oldest pub in Britain, shopping at the Trafford Centre with about 200 shops under one roof, going to see a football match, going to Rusholme aka The Curry Mile for some eastern foods AND many other things.

Hugh Garry replied over 2 years agoTake in a film and exhibition at The Cornerhouse. Go for a drink or watch a band at Night and Day Cafe, Oldham St. Check out Afflecks Palace for some good shopping. Avoid the Printworks at night (unless you're going to the cinema that is). Urbis is worth a visit.
