  If the sound of yummy mummies braying into their iPhones and screech of young babies in three-wheel buggies puts you off your latte, then avoid. The branch in Wimbledon is even worse. Decent-ish food for a chain, but can sometimes be a bit hit or miss. Have always found the staff to be a tad overbearing - but they never actually follow through when confronted with a complaint or issue. Has happened in this branch and the Wimbledon one.
