That's not a budget lunch, that place is expensive!

A great place for lunch is Croque's a small sandwich/panini/allsorts shop that can be found on a small side lane just off High Street.

If you are looking for something bigger, or for a sit down meal, then chain restaurants like Ask or Zizzi's are good, and if you want to save money there is usually an online voucher available for one or the other.

Casa Romana is a wonderful Italian restaurant (5 Albion St. 0116 254 1174‎). Hard to find and it doesn't seem to advertise. Nevertheless it's always busy! Excellent for lunch and dinner and sometime the roof terrace is open! I love it.
