    Take a tour of the Millenium Stadium. Take a tour of the castle. If the weather's nice then take a stroll around the bay (lots of nice buildings, cafes etc). If you have a car then drive out to Penarth for a stroll down the pier, and an ice cream on the prom.

    at the beginning of August every year there is the Big Weekend 3 day festival of music, arts etc... well worth it
