    Free WiFi

There's a lot of free WiFi in Brighton, mostly in pubs but the whole beach is also theoretically one big hotspot thanks to the wittily-named Pier to Pier network.

    Central WiFi pubs include:

Grand Central (right by the station), The Earth and Stars, Riki Tik, The 3 Jolly Butchers

and more. Also, the pavilion gardens, where the dome is situated, has free WiFi.

    Milkshake-tastic

Now, I think this place is still there. Ideal for hot, sunny days in Brighton. All sorts of milkshake combinations - awesome!

    Redroaster coffee

Best coffee in Brighton, I'm told. It's among the best I've ever had anywhere.

My favorite and, IMO, the best coffee in Brighton, tasty, smooth and served at the correct temperature (which is not luke warm when you take your first sip). If your a local, ask for a loyalty card, because they are well hidden, which will give you freebies.

Check out local art work and photography which are displayed on the walls, which are also available to buy, and the CD of the week is normally located next to the counter. You'll also find possibly the most comprehensive selection of Brighton flyers, magazines and posters within the entrance.

The correct name for this venue is Palace Pier (and I think that's already listed on Dopplr). The title 'Brighton Pier' was made up by the people who currently run Palace Pier, as an attempt to suggest it was Brighton's only pier, before West Pier was subject to two arson attacks in mysterious circumstances. Most Brightonians, and Brighton's local newspaper, still refer to the pier by its proper name, Palace Pier.
