Fraser Speirs replied over 2 years agoLoch Katrine is a freshwater loch that is used as a reservoir to provide drinking water to the Glasgow area. The steamship SS Sir Walter Scott provides a very enjoyable sail on the loch. There are also bike hire facilities and a restaurant.
