Milan Stankovic replied over 4 years agoThere is lot of cheap restaurants in Cartier Latin, offering menus for 7-10, 15 EUR. Not bad.
If you are a student from France than, the place to go is Resto U, RER: Port Royal (open event on Saturday and Sunday 11:30-14). Lunch 2.8 EUR

Eric Carlson replied over 4 years agoAn pearl of french authenticity. "Truth" in the form of a restaurant.
Le Rubis (Bar à vins)
Don't be confused, this is the anti-chic. Don't image that you can choose...Rude and delicious the menu choices vary from sausage, sausage, or sausage with of course with wine followed by cheese, lunch only, you can stand at the bar, the last bastion of another epoch, one step away from to Jean-val-jean,
but whatever you do, don't smile...this is Paris
This tip has the address "10 Rue Du Marche Saint Honore Paris 01" -
Stephane Zibi replied over 4 years agoThe best place is where I live : Le Marais. I have everything I want and I need. Also everybody likes to spend time there The best place to eat is a secret i give to all the dopplr crowd. So the best place to eat in Paris is a genuine Japanese restaurant called Wada near the Champs Elysées... check the yellow pages for the address

Hanae Chino replied over 4 years agoYou'll find good cheap and traditional French places in the Quartier Latin, especially Rue Mouffetard or nearby Rue Saint André des Arts. Lots of creperies of course, but also real parisian cafés, with their brunch, their "fondants au chocolat"etc (yeah we do brunch in Paris now). Sushi places: rue Monsieur le Prince (in the Quartier Latin as well). Dont miss it. And last but not least, still in the Quartier Latin, probably my favorite foreign food restaurant: the Tashi Delek, an incredible (and small) thibetan restaurant. (The Dalaï Lama often comes here apparently). And it's pretty cheap as well.

Popo Ronn replied over 3 years agoLe Cambodge, is an amazing cambodian restaurant on the side of the Canal Saint Martin. They make the best bo-bun in town and are very nice. They don't accept reservations though, so you have to queue there and in case they don't have any available table they send you to a bar nearby and collect your phone number. As soon as a table is available they notify you by SMS. One of my favorite restaurants on the cheap side, as you can eat from as low as 8€ to an average of 15€ /person. And you will not be hungry when you're done eating, the portions are very generous. http://www.lecambodge.fr/
