  The name is Arabic slang for "I got nothin'" but don't bother showing up broke: Despite the largely makeshift decor, Andy Whaloo isn't exactly cheap. But it's not snooty either, so it's an excellent balance of model/musician hangout cool and laid back neighborhood bar. A great place to grab a drink while waiting for your table at the super-trendy 404 restaurant (owned by the same crew) down the block.
