  The place to be and to stay is the Promenade des Anglais, as I think it is the most beautiful sea-side avenue in the world. The rich and famous also stay on the Promenade in the Negresco Hotel. We rent out our holiday vacation apartment on the Promenade des Anglais on our website, see the link below. It is centrally located on the Promenade, just a 10 minutes walk from the Negresco hotel, but a quarter the price. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a seperate kitchen.
