    To go to Puig's Cheese Shop! :)

    Yeah, that's probably the best one in town. Half-way up the rue St-Guilhelm; he's probably the most knowledgeable cheese guy in town, but doesn't handle any non-French cheeses. For those you want the big shop in Les Halles Castellanes, at the top of the street.
