You'll find a nice local market (selling Provencal items) right on the Cours Mirabeau on certain days , another one for food (delight for the eyes) Place Richelme. as for shopping places : the brand new Allées Provencales right next La Rotonde, and more stores everywhere along Cours Mirabeau and its little streets!
