Most bars include free WiFi, it's harder to find somewhere that doesn't provide wifi than those that do. Personal experience in Teerenpeli is that it's very usable and doesn't require a token of any sort.

To my knowledge, all hotels apart from the Holiday Inn provide free Internet access, at least through a cable in the room, but most (including the Scandics, Sokos) include free WiFi access which can be used in the room as well as in the lobby and bar areas. Use of hotel wifi usually requires a token (username and password) to be obtained from reception.

Public library Metso has computers + internet for public use on 2nd floor.
