    The recently renewed TRIO shopping mall is a great place for shopping (on Aleksanterinkatu /Vesijärvenkatu). Sokos is the main department store, on Aleksanterinkatu. Also Rautatienkatu has nice little boutiques (e.g. 2OR+ BY YAT) and restaurants.
