Hop from bar to bar and have a couple of wine glasses or beers at each, and some of the delicious little plates that they will serve with it. This posting on ciao! -- http://www.ciao.es/Cava_Baja_Madrid__Opinion_1286926 has plenty of specific names around the "Cava Baja" street.

Anxo Rodriguez replied over 2 years agoThe best restaurant good quality/good price is BAZAAR in Chueca (Calle Libertad corner Calle San Marcos). And the best place for tapas is a very authentic bar very cheesy but nice, to live the real Madrid experience, this is LOS GATOS in Calle Jesus on Huertas.
These are two very different places to try two very different kinds of meal.
