Elena Findley-de Regt replied over 4 years agoMy favorite food market is the Mercado de Maravillas, on Bravo Murillo. It has enough turnover, especially for produce, that they can offer ripe things that are good to eat basically that day only--a kilo of exquisitely, perfectly juicy plums for 60 cents, for instance, because by tomorrow, they'll be mush. I always walk away with way more produce than I intended to buy, because there's always the desirable unexpected. The herb/spice dealer is also exquisite, with the best range I've found in Madrid, while the tea dealer is a charming conversationalist.
This tip has the address "C/ Bravo Murillo 122, 28020 Madrid" -
Sandrine Marques replied over 4 years agoThe best mall is at the station "Principe Pio" you'll find every shop that you are looking for. You can go also to Plaza del sol or to the street "Gran via" =)
