Try Restaurante Estrella. It's an insider place. Cheap and good. It's a bit hidden... but if in Plaza Nueva ask for the Bar Estrella. Once there keep climbing the stairs and the restaurant is just around the corner. It's half self service as there is only the cook and you have to order in kitchen.

Naranja Burguer is a good restaurant. Don't let the name mislead you, it's not a burguer. It has a lot of different plates, from salads to salty creppes, sandwiches, fried eggs... Near Plaza Einstein, in Emperatriz Eugenia St.
