San Cecilio market is the traditional market, and it's 50 meters away from the cathedral. Markets are not what they used to be, but you can still get a glimpse of the local produce, and buy them at unbeatable prices. Flea markets take places on Saturdays around the soccer stadium, and on Sundays close to the bus (coach) station. Low quality clothing, shoes, and most everything else at prices lower than Chinese shops. Where else can you buy 4 pairs of shoes for 3 euro?
