A really-really-really great place is Clazz restaurant right in front of Olde Hansa restaurant, which is also worth paying a visit. But for me Clazz was really smth special - a wonderful place with live jazz music at nights and with simply suppa-delicious food.

Lovely place. The front of the restaurant is now transformed into a cafe, with a smaller and cheaper menu. They bake their own (excellent) cakes.

Voted the best restaurant in Tallinn for a few years in a row and quite deservedly. They mostly use local ingredients and the interior is lovely.

Excellent Asian cuisine (loved the dim sums!) and best service we ve ever had in Tallinn. 3 course dinner with good wines and digestives cost approx. 60 € / person.

Excellent atmosphere, great food, and friendly service. Specialties on the menu from time to time, too. In summertime, the roof terrace is a wonderful place to eat.

though it is inside the Coca Cola Forum movie theatre complex, the food is surprisingly good and was unexpected for a restaurant where you can eat just before or after a movie. Italian and more than just pizza.

you have to be looking for this place otherwise, you'll never find it. first, the street doesn't exist on google's map and it's in between a couple of streets. it's part of some old buildings nestled in between a new upscale housing development. apparently opened only in Dec 2009, it was full on a Tuesday night. And unlike many Tallinn restaurants, full of tourists, this one seems full of Estonians and certainly no drunk ferry crowds, something hard to avoid in Tallinn. The menu has some Russian leanings but like borscht and Polish things like pierogies but otherwise, fantastic. Wine list is superb and best of all, the prices are extremely reasonable. About a five minute walk out of Old Town, it's a real gem of a find and I owe this tip to In Your Pocket Tallinn.

This is the perfect place for a romantic fancy dinner without spending your entire month's earnings. The service was outstanding, the waitress knew how to serve, she was friendly and attentive, while also knowing when to disappear. We ate and drank and felt like we were in food heaven. Misha the parrot, commented on our dinner from time to time, before he was put to sleep under a blanket in his cage.

When we arrived, a group of Aussie tourist enjoyed a Russian band playing at their table in the other room and the waitresses were wearing traditional dresses, it could have felt touristy, but it didn't at all.

Loved it! My new favorite restaurant!

Very good restaurant in center of Tallin. The plates are very big and very delicios. Interior, music of this restaurant make you feel like in Meddle Age. The service is very very good also. And very cheap for this kind of place.
