Probably one of the best places to eat and have a cup of beer is the "Hell Hunt" pub. It is located in the Old Town two minutes walking from the main square "Raekoda". For about 7 euros you can get delicious salmon pasta and a cup of great "Hell Hunt" cider. There is also a choice of different soups, snacks and cakes.

Reval Inn hotel (cheep rooms from 19€) has a well-known soup buffet (6 different soups every day) during lunch hours (4€). See more from http://www.revalinn.com

"Turg" in the old town offers a good budget lunch as a buffet: 100g is 0,99 EUR (different salads - at least 4 or 5, potatoes or rice, vegetables, 2 kind of meat + water). Of course, the price depends on how much you eat. E.g I had today 2 small potatoes, 1 spoon of vegies, pumpkin salad, 2 big spoons of beef stew - that was 2,1 EUR. See: <http://www.turg.ee/>
