Many places. I.e. The Laundromat Cafe in Elmegade (Elm Street) on Noerrebro.

Nice thing about Internet at the Library I was at is they also have a cafe inside. Internet is just a simple wifi connection, no special codes etc needed.

Kafé Kys. Café. Læderstræde 7, København K 1201, Danmark. free wifi. You can sit outside and enjoy all the people walking by. Læderstræde is a small walking-street next to "Strøget"
