sébastien coffier replied over 2 years agoGreat city and i try several great places for a good wallet, epicurian or special occasion: Noma, MR, Paustian, Mielcke & Hurtigkarl, Schmidt & Malling... Noma is hot and have agreat philosophy, but i like Mielcke & Hurtigkarl in the Frederiksberg Gardens....

Paustian: Dinner is exceptional alchemy cuisine. But a fantastic lunch, an experience that is reasonably priced by Cph standards for what you get.
