There's a 16th-century clock with moving figures of the seven Electors paying homage to Charles IV; the Lorenzkirche. Located in the main square adjacent to the market!

Germany isn't known for its quality of beef (at least, not known to me, and I live here!). But you *can* get good beef in Germany. Normally it'll cost you an arm and a leg (yours, not the meal's).
However, on a tip from a local, we went to the Karstadt near the Lorenzkirche in Nürnberg and enjoyed the best steaks we've ever had in Germany in the Perfetto bar. Aside from the food itself, the best part was the pricing. You pay market price for the meat and a small additional cover charge for the service and side dish(es) and it works out to be a great quality meal at much-better-than-restaurant prices. Can't wait to get back there and check out the poultry and/or Asian specialty bars!
This tip has the address "Königstraße 14 (U1 stop Lorenzkirche)"
