Raskolnikoff in Neustadt - where young people meet and go out. Friends of mine stayed there, very happy. Don't worry about the look outside :) http://www.raskolnikoff.de

Opened in Feb.2010, in the middle of Königstrasse. Excellent restaurant, very friendly staff.
