  In Dresden-Neustadt, there are Mueslihaus on Kamenzer Straße, Mondpalast on the corner of Kamenzer Straße and Louisenstraße and Café Europa on Königsbrücker Straße (corner of Bischofsweg). All three are cafés with free WiFi.
