Dhaba Beans, good Indian style buffet for just about 5 Euro. Several locations in the city.

U Houdku, big portions, meat and side dish around 4.5 Eur, very good value, cheap beer, tasty Czech food, don't expect much from the service, I will recommend it, very typical Czech pub, near to Jeriho z Podebrad metro station or Lipanska or Husinecka tram stop, here you can find the location on map: http://www.mapy.cz/#x=133127040@y=135925376@z=14@mm=ZP@sa=s@st=s@ssq=U%20Houdku,%20praha@sss=1@ssp=124998565_127616897_146101157_145540993

Also another tip: during week days at noon, 12:00-15:00 you should check for the daily menu, discounted special offer, at very good price in almost any restaurant. I recommend for the daily menu in the center restaurant: U Cesky Panu,Školská 38 Praha 1. Soup, main dish, dessert and drink for 4.5 Eur Location: near Vodickova tram stop link: http://www.uceskychpanu.cz/denni-nabidka.html

Go the Moravian pork for 95Kč. Very tasty and you will probably not need to eat much for dinner. Nice place, cheap beer and great service.
