Sha Main is right next to the famous White Swan Hotel. It is not far from the city centre. If you visit Guangzhou on short trip, you can spend a morning walk there before your business schedule. Alternatively take an evening walk there after your meetings. Good for nostalgic persons.

四海一家 Is a nice restaurant chain which is famous for their exclusive buffet. There is one chain in Shenzhen and the other one in Guangzhou Panyu district. The buffet is really nice because it's not only limited to one cuisine, but there are Chinese steamed dim sum, great Chinese food from other regions, Haagen Dazs ice-cream, fresh made pizza, Argentinian grill masters, Japanese sushi and more! The one in Shenzhen is right across the amusement park 'Window of the World', and the one in Guangzhou can easily be reached by subway!
