    All the Starbucks cafés have free wifi Internet connection, as well as a lot of the small cafés at Nangulou jie.

    A lot of places (e.g Bookworm, Rickshaw) @ Sanlitun / Chaoyang offer free internet + cozy atmosphere for surfing :) http://www.beijingrickshaw.com http://www.beijingbookworm.com

    Almost all the hotels have free internet. You might have to ask for the cable though.

    A lot of bars, restaurants and cafes have free wi-fi. Starbucks is all over the place and has free wifi, but also all of the major tourist destinations have free wifi as well. Lots of cafes and bars in Sanlitun, Nanluo, Nuren jie, Lucky street, Wangfujing, 798 Art district, etc.

    All Shangri-La Hotels (and there are 5 of them in Beijing including their Traders brand) offer free internet access in all guest rooms and public areas

    near the second circle road in Beijing, maybe you can search the free internet connection, also, some cafe center or resturants where you can search the connection, the places I recommend is KFC and Mcdonald's China Travel Service International
