You can get a free internet connection at the Starlight Cafe on Isidora Goyenechea street in the El Golf neigbourhood. You have to purchase coffee/cakes whatever

There are many ciber cafés that offer Internet access for a very low price; most Starbucks coffee shops (there's one in downtown Santiago on Agustinas between Morandé and Bandera streets) have Internet access for the price of coffee. And most public libraries offer public access to computers and Internet; you can visit www.biblioredes.cl for locations in Chile.

This tip has the address "Santiago, Chile"

If you want a wifi zone: in almost all restaurants and coffee shops like starbucks, starlight, mokka, etc... and some metro stations like Universidad de Chile and Baquedano are free hotspots that you can connect.

And if what you want is a place were you can pay for use a computer, there is a lot of places by all the city specially in the down town.

    hope that helps!
