Jacqueline Fabius replied over 3 years agoYou can get a free internet connection at the Starlight Cafe on Isidora Goyenechea street in the El Golf neigbourhood. You have to purchase coffee/cakes whatever

pilar pacheco replied over 3 years agoThere are many ciber cafés that offer Internet access for a very low price; most Starbucks coffee shops (there's one in downtown Santiago on Agustinas between Morandé and Bandera streets) have Internet access for the price of coffee. And most public libraries offer public access to computers and Internet; you can visit www.biblioredes.cl for locations in Chile.
