Where's good to eat in Santiago?

  The Santiago branch of the renowned Pasta e Vino Ristorante in Valparaiso has been testing out their kitchen in advance of a February opening. I had fortune to be invited to a "marcha blanca" It is going to be every bit as good as the original Pasta e Vino, noted in the New York Times (http://travel.nytimes.com/travel/guides/central-and-south-america/chile/valparaiso/55735/pasta-e-vino/restaurant-detail.html) though more upscale as it's located in the beautiful new Aubrey Hotel Santiago.
