Stefano Malvolti replied over 4 years agoIf it is raining visit the Rietberg Museum (http://www.stadt-zuerich.ch/kultur/de/index/institutionen/museum_rietberg.html), if it is sunny and is summer, rent a mountain bike and head up to the Uetliberg (http://www.bikely.com/maps/bike-path/Zurich-Short-loop-around-Uetlihof). In winter wax your cross country skis and run to Studen (http://www.studen-sz.ch/)

Kenny Stoltz replied over 4 years agoFor the winter, either leave the Canton, go skiing, snowboarding, sledding, etc. Stuff with snow. Or stay in the canton and do stuff with ice: ice staking, curling, polar bear swimming. Or stay inside and watch movies. Summer is too far away to think about. Hiking, biking, etc.

Christian Stettler replied over 4 years agoStay in Zürich. Go to Kunsthaus (art museum with permanent exhibitions of swiss artists: Hodler, Giacommetti, DADA). Visit the lake or take a boat ride (half to four hours available). Walk up to Üetliberg, where you are on top of Zürich. Eat out at restaurant Kronenhalle (meet famous peoples), Emilio (chicken), Da Angela (italian food), Tre Fratelli (swiss and famous), Fonduestübli (fondue), Bang Song Thai. Watch a film, watch peoples, drink beers at Riff Raff.

Lise Harlev replied over 4 years agoGo to Seebad Enge on Lake Zurich, a 5 min. walk from Bürkliplatz. Three saunas (one of them a 'Frauensauna') with a view over the lake. On the wooden platform outside you can enjoy the view of the mountains from a deck chair or take a refreshing dip in the lake! You can also get a massage or enjoy food and drinks in the café. Amazing both in the winter and in the summer.
