Pete Panasupon replied over 2 years agoI had the pork shank in madeira sauce, served with rôsti. It was fantastic. The pork was succulent, the sauce it was cooked in was a perfect balance of saltiness and sweetness - I assume from madeira sugar. The crispy potato also went well with the sauce. For 31CHF a dish. You can easily share this between two people!
