Elsa Chung replied over 3 years agoPossibly something that specializes in Westcoast cuisine. Try restaurants like C Restaurant, Dockside, the Cannery, etc. Or if you are travelling to Whistler, maybe try Araxi Restaurant & Bar that was featured on Hell's Kitchen.
