3. Yonge-Dundas Square - But it's outside - Yonge and Dundas

4. Starbucks - Any for 2 hours - but you have to get their member's card (maybe free?)

Having a coffee/tea in Starbucks. Don't pay cash - put $5 on a Starbucks card instead and pay with that. Then, Starbucks will give you 2 hours a day free Internet access in any of their locations...
