2. Most Toronto Libraries have free wifi - Best : Toronto Reference LIbrary - Yonge and Bloor
3. Yonge-Dundas Square - But it's outside - Yonge and Dundas
4. Starbucks - Any for 2 hours - but you have to get their member's card (maybe free?)

Stewart Rogers replied over 2 years agoHaving a coffee/tea in Starbucks. Don't pay cash - put $5 on a Starbucks card instead and pay with that. Then, Starbucks will give you 2 hours a day free Internet access in any of their locations...

An electronic store that sells computers such as Best Buy, Futureshop or Apple sometimes have internet connection on their display computers.
