Joseph Thornley replied over 3 years agoToronto Island is well worth a visit. Take the ferry from the foot of Yonge Street. When you arrive, walk to the south side and follow the walk along the lake. Even though you're only half a kilometre from the banking towers, you'll feel like you're in a pleasant country park. Really nice.

Padraic Ryan replied over 3 years agoA great place to escape the city heat and get closer to nature. The ferry is $6.50 round trip.
