What's good to explore in Montréal?
-
Hugh McGuire replied over 2 years agoSummer: Buy a bottle of wine at the liquor store/SAQ, then head to La Vieille Europe (3855 St-Laurent) to pick up some cheese, a baguette and cured meat, and wander up Mount Royal, find a nice spot for a picnic and relax.
Spring, summer, fall: any food lover/photographer should go to Jean Talon Market and revel.
Winter: Canadian Centre for Architecture has occasionally wonderful exhibits. The Belgo Building is filled with little art galleries and is worth a visit, if you are downtown.
