Eat Lebanon, Drink Taiwan

For a small city, we are uncommonly gifted with many excellent Lebanese restaurants (more than a half dozen) and Taiwanese tea houses (four at last count).

My personal favourites are Shaddy's (on University Avenue near Province House) for Lebanese food, and the Tai Chi Gardens (on Pownal near Grafton) for tea and dim sum. Both are right downtown, walking distance to almost everywhere.
