Best shopping malls are Game City (south of town on Lobatse Road) and Riverwalk (east of town on Tlokweng Road). There's a souvenier market outside of Riverwalk, and a souvenier market/small local market (with nothing really exciting) in Main Mall (town centre).

There are no really good "markets" per se, in Gaborone. Street vendors are everywhere, but one guy might be selling only mangoes, and one guy across town might be selling only pumpkins. For a more peaceful "all under one roof" souvenier/craft shopping experience, go to Botswanacraft (it's a big warehouse of local curious, with a nice cafe) on the Western Bypass, just outside of Broadhurst Industrial Estate.
