Where's good to stay in São Paulo?

  Reasonably-priced (for Sao Paulo) hotel in convenient location. Some items could have been better looked after - our room had wonky electrical sockets and a bedside light that didn't work, for instance. However, the staff were friendly and helpful.

  The restaurant food was good if pricey; there are various other excellent reasonably-priced places nearby to eat, particularly the bakery just round the corner.
