Definitely Rappongi! On the very coast, great cuisine, gorgeous design. Besides sushi, there is a tapanyaki, but it's not all about Japanese cuisine. After the dinner just move few meters to the side and enter the bar, where you can listen to some live music on friday and saturday.

Even that you could enjoy a walk through the sea garden, if you are not there during the summer, I suggest you take a taxi or a car.
