If you arrive in normal time (kitchen of restaurants close at 10 PM), you have a wide choice, but I still will recommend a more international cuisine - Forum, Uniquato, Buhchevata Kushta (great fish and European cuisine).

If you arrive later in the night, there are two choices - Rayska Yabulka and Venetzia. Both places have decent cuisine and are open all night.

If you arrive before 8 PM in Stara Zagora you can drive about 20 minutes more and go in The Silver lake's restaurant where the prices and the food are perfekt.
