Dominique Poncin replied over 3 years agoI live in Brussels myself and usually go to an Exki-restaurant when in between client meeting. Exki is a chain of healthy 'pret a manger-style' restaurants. Their Wifi is fast, reliable and unlimited. Peak hours aside, the atmosphere tends to be laidback as well. My favourite one is at Porte de Namur but they have plenty of other locations in both uptown and downtown Brussels. For a complete list, have a look at http://exki.be/default/en-be/restaurants/belgium/bruxelles.aspx

Dimitri Dhuyvetter replied over 2 years agoThe whole of the VUB campus Etterbeek has free internet access. In theory anyway, because it appears to be down sometimes and even when it's up, the connection can be very low quality. The two bars on campus: KultuurKaffee and Opinio do also offer free internet access and trend to have better connections. http://www.vub.ac.be/english/infoabout/campuses/index.html
